Brad Neat Takes Biggest Win of Career at LOLMDS Event at Hagerstown
HAGERSTOWN,MD (August 1, 2009) – Brad Neat of Dunnville, KY captured the biggest win of his racing career on Saturday Night at Hagerstown Speedway.
