Rain Forces Postponement of Talladega Short Track Nationals
Eastaboga, AL (October 9,
2009) – Officials of Talladega Short Track and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt
Series have postponed the Talladega Short Track Nationals due to rain. At
4:50pm (Central Time), officials made the decision to postpone the event until
Saturday, November 14th; heavy rains have battered the region for
weeks and began to fall around 4:00pm, with more showers expected later in the
evening.
